Duca di Salaparuta - Colomba Platino - Risignolo '19

Colomba Platino is one of the great, classic, Sicilian white wines; elegant, fresh, yet at the same time decisive, it is without doubt one of the best known wines amongst Sicilian wine enthusiasts. Produced from Insolia grapes, this white wine has unique qualities of aromatic delicacy and intensity and is a pleasantly fruity wine with character.
Excellent served with shellfish, seafood and fish dishes in general.
Serving temperature 10°-12° C.

Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense; fruity notes of considerable character dominate. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious, and persistent.
