Tasting notes
Straw yellow, the nose gives an enveloping bouquet with hints of fruit with white pulp and citrus combined with pleasant floral scents of orange blossom and herbs (thyme and sage). On the palate it is fresh and soft, balanced and characterized by a pleasant finish on the fruit.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, hot or cold, typical of seafood. Perfect on boiled fish.

The Bianco Sicilia DOC "Damarino" 2016 by Donnafugata is vinified in steel tanks only in order to maintain unchanged the natural characteristics of freshness that in the glass is revealed with a moderate alcohol content and a very pleasant freshness.
